This circular saw has a 2-1/4 in. cut capacity, cutting through 2x (“2 by”) material across the entire bevel range. The Bosch GKS18V-22 18V 6-1/2 in. Blade-Right Circular Saw has a brushless motor, which delivers efficient runtime and 5,000 RPM with professional dependability. This compact saw weighs only 6.1 lbs. (tool only, not including the battery). The auxiliary handle improves stability and ergonomic handling on either hand. The saw’s convenient depth gauges are visible from either side of the saw, and it has a 0-50 degree bevel range, with detents at 0, 45, and 22-1/2 degree. It features 2 convenient depth gauges, one on the lower guard and one by the housing, so depth is visible on either side of the saw. It has an electronic convenience brake for less downtime between cuts. The 360 degree pivoting dust port directs dust away from the body when the saw is held in either hand. This saw also features a cut-line LED to illuminate the workpiece cutting area for improved cut-line visibility. It includes an onboard blade-change wrench and spindle lock for easy blade changes. The kit features 2 CORE18V 4 Ah Advanced Power Batteries, each delivering 2x the runtime compared to the previous generation BAT612 2 Ah battery.
